About Community Church

  • What makes us different from other Churches?
We are a non-denominational congregation affiliated with the Church of God (Anderson, IN).  Our goal and desire is to be a representation of Christ's true Church.  Salvation is the only thing that makes you a member of the Church.  We strive to be a light in this community of Christ saving grace.  For more on what we believe, follow this link.
  • Since Community does not vote individuals into membership of the Church then how do I become a member.

All persons having confessed Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and whose lives give evidence of the redeeming grace of God, and who attend all the regular services consistently with this congregation for the purpose of worship and fellowship shall consider themselves members of this congregation.

  • How do I keep up with all that is going on at Community?
There are four main ways to keep up with the activities and happenings of the Community Church of God: You may request to be mailed our newsletter. You may ask to be placed on our one call now list. You can check out our calendar of events.  Or, pick up a copy of our worship folder during one of our worship services.  Hope to see you there.
  • Will I feel welcomed?
Our best answer to this question is: we sure hope so. No matter who you are God desires a relationship with you, and as His ambassadors to this world we do too.
